Is the free tier actually free?
Yes. Three full applications per month, every feature included, no card required. We make money from students who get serious about applying (usually around 8-12 applications a month) and upgrade to Pro for $24.99/month, or a $4.99 one-week pass.
How is $24.99/month possible when competitors charge $29/mo?
Lower overhead, smaller team, less spent on ads. We keep overheads low, run a small team, and spend little on ads, and our unit economics work because most users recommend us after they get hired, not because we maximize price.
Will my resume actually pass ATS?
Yes. All templates are tested against Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Ashby, used by 80% of companies with an ATS (the software companies use to scan resumes). Built as one clean column of text, even when it doesn't look like it.
What makes Kazifi different from a resume builder?
Resume builders build resumes. Kazifi does the entire job hunt: resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, mock interviews, application tracking, and pattern detection. It's an OS, not a single tool.
Is my data private?
Your documents are yours. We don't train AI on user content, don't sell data to recruiters, don't show your resume to advertisers. Boring policy by design.
Can my university get a bulk plan?

Is there a free resume builder tier?
Yes. You get three full applications a month with every feature included and no card required. Building, editing and exporting are free, and the download is not watermarked. Where other tools put the paywall is covered in our comparison of free resume builders.
How much does Kazifi cost?
$24.99/month, or a $4.99 one-week pass Nothing is held back from the cheaper plan: the difference is how many applications you can run in a month, not which features you get.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier requires no card and does not convert automatically. You choose to upgrade or you do not.
What happens to my resumes if I cancel?
They stay downloadable. No export fee, no lock-in, and no contacting support to close an account. Cancel in the account and keep your files.
Is a paid resume builder worth it?
For one resume, almost never. For a search running over months where you tailor most applications, version management alone usually saves more time than it costs. Weigh it against the hours of file juggling it replaces, not against zero.
Is there a student discount?
Yes, there is a student rate. See the student page for what it includes.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days. If it did not do what you needed, we would rather refund it than argue about it.
